Wonderful translation! I suggest you update the tags on it to indicate that it’s rhyming and singable.
As I was reading (singing in my head), I kept saying the phrase ‘Summer — it is our little life’ slightly differently. Like: (And) Summer time it’s our little life. I don’t suggest you change anything but when singing, my modification was easier to sing.
Thank you, Lala! Yeah, I see what you are talking about. I just listened to this song again (for the 1015th time!) and counted how many times Mityaev sings as you suggest vs. how I translated it. Turned out 2 vs. 4, so I win by 2

Lala, sorry, I probably read your comment too fast and, turned out, didn’t understand it correctly. I concentrated on your prefix (And) and completely missed your mainly suggested «time it’s» inside the phrase. I tried singing it your way, but it’s kinda slightly more awkward for my tong than my way. So, I’ll stick to it.

I don’t think «admire» ever works without an object, so «admire it» maybe
«slime» is uncountable, so it does not work with «a». Same with «knowledge»
OTOH «misconception» in that sentence asks for an article ( «a» in this case)
«are frequent places on my route» is not idiomatic English. Maybe «I go to the movies and the park on my route» — слоги не считал.
«beer from my thin bag has flown» пиво летело? Даже если этот образ подразумевался, тут нету «у» — как в «улетело»
чтобы сделать глагол совершенным нужен предлог типа «out», «away», «off», etc.
